If you have never used this portal before, please start by clicking on the green button in the upper-right corner of your screen that says, "Register." 

DO NOT register using your social media account. If your name is in Hebrew in your social media, we will not able to find you in our system. Your name must be written in English not Hebrew. 

If you are applying to multiple programs or have applied using this system before, you only need to register once.

About the Application 

While you are working on your application, you may leave and come back at any time. However, once you submit the application, you will be unable to edit your responses.

Please make sure to type all of your information in English.

If you are applying to develop a course with another person, you should both make separate applications, but propose the same course. Please make clear in your application how the funds will be spent with regard to each person.
